All experiences are cleaned and sanitized between each group.

 What To Expect 

Wonderland is an interactive photo experience lasting 45 minutes that provides more than 16 unique photo settings that are designed to let you capture amazing photos while having fun.

You can have up to 10 people in your group.  All experiences are private and each area is sanitized by our staff between each group.

There are 5 main areas:
​The North Pole, Season’s Sweetings, Winter Wonderland, Elfie Selfies, and That’s A Wrap.

Each experience has unique backdrops to get photos and videos that are sure to get likes and shares, while also providing an opportunity for families to get their traditional holiday photos.

Because Santa is social distancing this year, the Letters To Santa area is the perfect way to continue your annual holiday photo tradition.

Kids of all ages can bring their letters to Santa (or make them in the North Pole area) and place them in Santa’s mailbox to ensure he gets their wish list.

You can use your personal phones or cameras with our tripods and professional lighting. ​If you need help taking photos, an area host will be standing by to assist you.
Take as many photos as you like until time is up!

You can also rent selfie sticks and battery packs for a small additional fee to ensure your gear is ready to go for the perfect shot!

In each area, you will find fun interactive elements. In the North Pole, you’ll see a light show, get a glimpse of Santa, and possibly get to see a snowy Christmas!

In Winter Wonderland, experience our synthetic easy-gliding ice pond, have a snowball fight, and enjoy a stroll over a bridge.

​Each detail is designed to bring joy to guests that can easily translate into genuine photos that you’ll keep forever!

We also have a 10-minute mobile escape room that you can add-on to the end of your experience.

“MISS10N: Holiday Lights”
 provide 10 minutes of exciting mystery and puzzle solving.
​This mini-escape room experience allows for groups of up to 5.
​Just an additional $25 per group for each experience.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

For the Wonderland interactive photo experience, it is $25 per person plus tax and fee
Kids 4 and under are free.
​
For the 10-minute escape room game  "MISS10N: Holidays Lights",
it is $25 plus tax and fees for each experience (limit up to 5 people in an experience at a time).

WHERE IS IT LOCATED?

Wonderland is located at 4650 Merchants Park Circle Suite 836, Collierville, TN 38017.
It is on the corner of the roundabout across from H&M and Forever 21.

CAN WE BRING FOOD?

Food and drink is not allowed inside the photo experiences.

CAN WE BRING ANIMALS?

Yes! We're happy to allow you to bring in the furry members of your family to include in your Wonderland experience,
but we do require advance notice to make this happen.
​Please note there will be an additional cleaning fee charged if any pets leave "presents" during their visit to Wonderland.

HOW ARE YOU CLEANING?

All experiences are cleaned and sanitized before and after every group.
All guests are required to wear masks while in our lobby but they can be removed once inside the experience.
All staff is required to wear masks at all times and staff temperatures are checked upon arrival.

CAN I HIRE MY PHOTOGRAPHER TO COME WITH ME?

Yes!  As long as everyone ages 5 and up purchases a ticket.

I'M A PHOTOGRAPHER. CAN I BRING MY PROFESSIONAL CLIENTS IN FOR THE SAME COST?

Absolutely! Everyone ages 5 and up must purchase a ticket to enter.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS AVAILABLE?

Yes, we will be partnering with several local photographers, but at this moment we do not have anything finalized.

CAN WE RESCHEDULE?

Yes, we can allow rescheduling with 48 hour notice prior to your booking.
​We can get you moved to a later date as long as we have something available for you. 

DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

No, we do have a strict no refund and no cancellation policy.
​Because of this policy, we do recommend having a solid headcount before booking.

CAN WE HAVE MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE IN OUR GROUP?

No, 10 is our maximum capacity for each photo experience.

​CAN WE TAKE OFF OUR MASKS?

You may remove your masks once you are in the experience with your group.

DO YOU HAVE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE?

There are bathrooms provided in the mall.
​The nearest bathroom is down the street towards Macy’s on the right just past American Eagle.

CAN WE HAVE MORE TIME?

We want all guests to feel like they've had an adequate amount of time during their
Wonderland experience and that they've left no photo opportunity behind,
​but we cannot guarantee additional time without the purchase of a second Wonderland experience.

CAN I BOOK JUST THE ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCES?

Absolutely! If you are interested in booking just the MISS10N experiences,
​we would be happy to help you get that booked.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT?

We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure that an experience is available once you arrive.
​However, if we have an appointment available, you are welcome to walk in.

CAN MY KIDS GO IN BY THEMSELVES?

We do require an adult 18 years or older to be in the experience with children under the age of 15.
