HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
For the Wonderland interactive photo experience, it is $25 per person plus tax and fee
Kids 4 and under are free.
For the 10-minute escape room game "MISS10N: Holidays Lights",
it is $25 plus tax and fees for each experience (limit up to 5 people in an experience at a time).

CAN WE BRING FOOD?
Food and drink is not allowed inside the photo experiences.
CAN WE BRING ANIMALS?
Yes! We're happy to allow you to bring in the furry members of your family to include in your Wonderland experience,
but we do require advance notice to make this happen.
Please note there will be an additional cleaning fee charged if any pets leave "presents" during their visit to Wonderland.

HOW ARE YOU CLEANING?
All experiences are cleaned and sanitized before and after every group.
All guests are required to wear masks while in our lobby but they can be removed once inside the experience.
All staff is required to wear masks at all times and staff temperatures are checked upon arrival.

CAN I HIRE MY PHOTOGRAPHER TO COME WITH ME?
Yes! As long as everyone ages 5 and up purchases a ticket.
I'M A PHOTOGRAPHER. CAN I BRING MY PROFESSIONAL CLIENTS IN FOR THE SAME COST?
Absolutely! Everyone ages 5 and up must purchase a ticket to enter.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS AVAILABLE?
Yes, we will be partnering with several local photographers, but at this moment we do not have anything finalized.
CAN WE RESCHEDULE?
Yes, we can allow rescheduling with 48 hour notice prior to your booking.

DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?
No, we do have a strict no refund and no cancellation policy.

No, 10 is our maximum capacity for each photo experience.
CAN WE TAKE OFF OUR MASKS?
You may remove your masks once you are in the experience with your group.

There are bathrooms provided in the mall.

We want all guests to feel like they've had an adequate amount of time during their
Wonderland experience and that they've left no photo opportunity behind,
but we cannot guarantee additional time without the purchase of a second Wonderland experience.

CAN I BOOK JUST THE ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCES?
Absolutely! If you are interested in booking just the MISS10N experiences,
we would be happy to help you get that booked.

We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure that an experience is available once you arrive.

CAN MY KIDS GO IN BY THEMSELVES?
We do require an adult 18 years or older to be in the experience with children under the age of 15.
