What is an Escape SAGA?

Escape SAGAs are an original creation of Memphis Escape Rooms. They combine the on-demand convenience of video games and the immersion of real-life experiences. SAGA is short for "Start Anytime. Go Anywhere."

When can I play?

"Start Anytime" means you don't have to wait around or book an appointment time. Whether you want to play at 2PM sitting at your desk, or at 2AM with friends, Escape SAGAs are here to bring you mystery and adventure whenever you want.

How are these different from video games?

"Go Anywhere" means the game is not limited to the boundaries of your screen like apps and video games. An Escape SAGA might lead you around the web, around the house, or even around the world.

Are they timed like real-life escape rooms?

By entering your email address at the beginning and end of the game, you can see how long it took you to solve each SAGA. If you ever forget your time, you can look it up. Take as much time as you like, or work quickly to try to make the leaderboard!

How long does a SAGA usually take?

Escape SAGAs are designed to take 30-60 minutes to solve. However, they may take much longer if you get stumped. You'll know you have reached the end of the game when you see the ⏱️ symbol again.

Can I get a clue if I get stuck?

We encourage you to ask friends and family members to help if you get stuck. If you still can't figure it out, you can access the clue system by clicking "Get A Clue" at the bottom of each SAGA's launch page.

Are you coming out with more SAGAs soon?

Yes! We plan to release new SAGAs on a regular basis.
